This summer in Tuscany, in the heart of the Val d’Orcia, on a hot day but with beautiful clouds, the newlyweds Sophie and Patrick from Denmark got married.

When I arrived in Borgo di Catelvecchio I immediately perceived a romantic gaze from the bride, an immense, happy, excited, beautiful smile.

All day long I was struck by their sweetness, by how they looked at each other, by their complicity and elegance.

I photographed with the light entering the car, the right light of the warm late July sun.

Those endless days full of emotions surrounding a romantic wedding and a photo shoot full of love.

The light that emerges behind the clouds, the earth burnt by the sun in the background and the immaculate cypresses were the setting for the wedding, which thanks to the newlyweds and their guests made the day fly by.

Every time I look at these smiles I remember that life is an accomplice and one must always be happy, thanks to them too I don’t forget it.
